Hey, I’m Justin Chopelas – cook, fast food fanatic, and professional chaos coordinator (aka dad).

What started as me messing around with recipes and reviewing burgers and BBQ online has turned into a full time gig I actually get paid for  and yes, it’s as fun as it sounds. I make content that’s messy, hilarious, and honest: cooking videos, fast food reviews, and the occasional “how did I even do this?” moment.

Before all this, I was a construction supervisor, juggling long days, building stuff with my hands, and making time for my daughter who, let’s be honest, is way better at TikTok than I am. Along the way, I dabbled in e-commerce, woodworking, and basically anything that kept me creating.

My goal is simple: have fun, make you laugh, and share food that actually matters. From a viral brisket video to late night fast food runs, I’ve learned that staying authentic and a little ridiculous goes a long way.

Now, I get to do this full time cooking, reviewing, and sharing my life all while building a community that gets it. Just flavor, fun, and a little bit of chaos.
